Bring your pup and celebrate fall at Dogtoberfest, Shipgarten’s dog-friendly Oktoberfest celebration in McLean, Virginia.

We’re combining German beer garden vibes with tail-wagging fun for an afternoon featuring dog games, a pet costume contest, pup treats, seasonal brews, vendors, food and more.

Throw on your lederhosen — for you or your dog — grab your crew and get ready for an Oktoberfest the whole pack can enjoy.

🐕 3:30 PM — Dog & Owner Obstacle Race

Team up with your pup and race through the obstacle course for the fastest time.

🎃 4 PM — Oktoberfest Doggy Costume Contest

Dress your dog in their best Oktoberfest-inspired look.

🍺 4:30 PM — Stein Hoisting Competition

Test your endurance and see who can hold a filled stein the longest.
