We have the best news. If you are looking for a place to show off your skills our stage at Shipgarten is open for anyone to come and play with their voice and instruments. It is free and for literally anyone who has vocal chords and the ability to string words together into songs. Are you on par with Adele or do you suck it’s comical? It don’t matter! Led by our resident Music Director Franklin Live, we invite impromptu performances or if you’d like to bring your own instrument and set up – fantastic! Whether you just have your voice or are ready to jam out with multiple instruments, every setup is welcome and we can accommodate! Starting the weekend of March 19th, with our 3-day St. Patricks Festival, all future Kid’s & Family Festivals will be occurring on Sunday’s. Up until the weekend of March 19th all of our adult festivals and children’s festivals will continue to occur on Saturday’s from 1-6pm. Due to so many well attended events, (thank you all so much!!), we made the decision to give each group their own dedicated day for festivals. Starting the weekend of March 19th, Saturday Festivals will be geared for adults and Sunday Festivals will be children and family oriented. This change will be permanent and become the new schedule of festivals at Shipgarten. Sunday’s at Shipgarten are a staple for families in the area looking for kid friendly fun. Every Sunday we offer activities that are specifically geared to keep your kids happy and entertained. The types of activities that your children can look forward to every Sunday are as follows: a designated arts & crafts corner, TWO moon bounces, a playground area, face painting, kid friendly food menu, lawn games, seasonal dessert selections, access to our dog park & much more! We are extremely excited to announce the revamp of our new 5000+ sq/ft playground!! Our playground is fully equipped with TWO moon bounces, a complete jungle gym, toddler playhouse, and much more. We recently added certified, playground, wood chips to ensure safety. We are open 7 days a week and have multiple games scattered throughout the venue.  As always, Options for private and public parties are available! Shipgarten is for the dogs!! Shipgarten offers a sectioned off dog park for big dogs and little dogs so your furry friends can exercise and make friends off leash! We love having a space for your pups to feel at home, which is why our whole venue is dog friendly! Your dog can go anywhere you do. Your dog can even ride the shuttle with you from the parking lot to the top of our venue! It is truly a perfect environment for you and your dog to hang our together and make some wonderful memories. If the environment and ambiance wasn’t enough, we also have a dog menu with a variety of treats any dog would love, so don’t be shy. Take your dog out to Shipgarten and have a good time, they will too.

This holiday season at Shipgarten, get your picture taken with Santa for free! Each Saturday and Sunday from 1-6pm, visit Santa’s Workshop and put your name on his list- no reservations necessary. Photos from each weekend will be available for download from our Facebook gallery the following Tuesday by 5pm. Pictures are available to everyone, including pups! Also in Santa’s Workshop, try crafting with Mrs.Claus, free face painting, or our holiday games.
