Our schedules
The group that brought you Tysons Biergarten and Hops N Shine is taking an even bigger leap by creating Northern Virginia’s first roaming outdoor lifestyle experience at Scotts Run in McLean VA. ShipGarten is the definition of doing a lot with a little, and will feature four separate food and drink experiences, each out of their own 40ft shipping container. Surrounding those containers will be your quintessential biergarten area, family friendly kids area, a fenced in dog area, and entertainment venue.
Tysons Biergarten
The First shipping container will be “The Biergarten”. The Biergarten will feature 20 taps from Germany, sausages and pretzels.
Following a heritage of 400 years of Bavarian beer halls (or “bier halls” as we like to call it) and beer gardens “biergartens”. This biergarten will provide a community-oriented atmosphere, with a huge outdoor patio area that offers a relaxing & vibrant feel. We will feature some of Germany’s and Belgium’s finest biers, along with seasonal specialties. Be sure to try some delicious sausages… bratwursts, knockwurst, and the like.
Waffles & Tacos
Over the top waffles and tacos to die for! The perfect mix of sweet and savory. Mix in a full tequila and whiskey bar plus over 50 American and Mexican craft beers makes Waffles & Tacos a true one of a kind restaurant.
RollBär
RollBär is going to be the first of many fast casual dining establishments. Founded by Fahim Ghiacy and the rest of the CBC team in Tyson’s, Virginia, RollBär is an American restaurant that serves a menu of Asian-inspired food. It will cater to all groups of people and all types of creative ideas. Roll Bär has ambitions beyond just a regular poke bar.
Salamati Grille
Salamati Grille is a fast/casual restaurant specializing in traditional Persian custom-made dishes and pizzas. We use whole & real ingredients without adding unnatural flavors, colors or preservatives, just genuine raw ingredients and their individual, delectable flavors.
