Cigar City Brewing® Maduro Brown Ale

Brown Ale – English / 5.5% ABV / 25 IBU / 200 CAL / Tampa, FL /

Maduro is a Northern English-style brown ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English brown ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable and sessionable brown ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars.

Virginia Tech and Hardywood share a history of giving back, environmental stewardship, and the pursuit of excellence. Their partnership has culminated in a beer of unparalleled quality, brewed in Virginia with renewable resources. Clean and crisp, with pleasant aromatics of fresh bread, a subtle underlying floral note from noble hops, and a touch of malt sweetness in the finish, this golden Munich-style helles lager is cold-conditioned for weeks, resulting in an exceptionally refreshing beer. We raise a glass to you, the remarkable people that make Virginia Tech what it is today. Go Hokies!!

A traditional German Weizen yeast gives our Hefeweizen complex flavors of banana and clove, while finishing crisp and satisfying. Pour one today to help you reach your own personal Cloud Nine.

Silver Branch Glass Castle

Pilsner – Czech / 5% ABV / 150 CAL / Silver Spring, MD /

A delicate balance of spicy Czech hops and golden malt make Glass Castle flavorful, yet eminently drinkable. We use soft water, imported floor-malted barley, Saaz hops and traditional brewing techniques to give you a classic Bohemian Pilsener that is smooth yet flavorful.

Tsingtao (青岛啤酒) Tsingtao

Lager – Pale / 4.7% ABV / 25 IBU / 141 CAL / Qing Dao Shi, Shan Dong Sheng /

Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process. Made partly with rice as an adjunct.

Väsen Radapils

Pilsner – Other / 5.3% ABV / 29 IBU / 159 CAL / Richmond, VA /

Our crisp, malty Radapils is named after Radagast, the old Slavic god of hospitality, fire, and the evening sky, as well as a wizard of Middle-earth. Czech Saaz and German Hersbrucker hops contribute light herbal and floral aromas to provide balance to classic lager flavors in this extraordinarily smooth brew. Best enjoyed with friends under starlight.
