Nepenthe Foe-Hammer
IPA – New Zealand / 6.5% ABV / 195 CAL / Baltimore, MD /
Forged on an anvil of 100% pilsner malt. Tempered in the roaring fires of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka. Quenched in fermentation on a clean, classic strain. Punchy tropical notes of key lime, kiwi, white grape, guava, and passionfruit give way to a finish so keen it could cut. Bright as blue flame.

Pilsner – Other / 4.8% ABV / 144 CAL / Baltimore, MD /
This dazzling little lager struts onto the scene sporting a bed of crackery pilsner malt. Gently dry-hopped with just enough Vic Secret, Nelson Sauvin, and Lemondrop. Pale, gleaming straw in color with notes of crisp malt, honeysuckle, and sun-ripened peaches, flaunting a dry, clean finish. A perfect quencher as the days turn to the searing brightness of summer.

Brewed with the same simple base of 2-row and wheat malts as its predecessors, then conditioned on a ridiculous amount of juicy strawberry, hibiscus, and orange puree. Bursting with notes of strawberry mimosa, hibiscus sun tea, sweet orange zest, and summer sunshine.

Lager – Munich Dunkel / 4.9% ABV / 147 CAL / Baltimore, MD /
It is wise to show respect to a summoner of wolves. Brewed with two types of Munich malt and a snarl of Carafa II Special. Fermented on a traditional German yeast and patiently lagered for over a month. Clean and crisp with intense notes of pumpernickel, chocolate, fig, and the thrill of the hunt. The magus gestures and the pack hunts.

An amber beer style that was developed over 200 years ago to celebrate the original Oktoberfest. The Märzen name comes from “March beer” because it was historically brewed in March to be at peak flavor for the Oktoberfest celebration. Today this style is available year-round in the US due to popular demand.

Brewed once a year, and only available while supplies last, Oktoberfest Wiesn is the pinnacle of German brewing: deep golden color, full-bodied and wonderfully mellow, with a balanced harmonious taste and the pleasant fragrance of hops.
