Tsingtao (?啤酒) Tsingtao

Lager – Pale / 4.7% ABV / 25 IBU / 141 CAL / Qing Dao Shi, Shan Dong Sheng /

Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process. Made partly with rice as an adjunct.

Young Master Brewery 少爺啤 Fleeting Clouds 飛雲

Wheat Beer – American Pale Wheat / 4% ABV / 8 IBU / 120 CAL / Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong Island /

Evoking the leisurely meander of fluffy clouds, our latest interpretation of a wheat beer is delightfully smooth and refreshing. Brewed with an elegant grain bill of flaked and malted wheat as the base, Fleeting Clouds is infused with Mandarin Orange Peel and scented with fresh ground coriander seeds. It has a hazy gold hue, pillowy mouthfeel and citrus-forward effervecence making it incredibly crushable.

Young Master Brewery 少爺啤 Jade Scorpion

Pilsner – Other / 5.1% ABV / 22 IBU / 153 CAL / Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong Island /

A refreshing lager elevated with the addition of green peppercorns. “Ma Jiao” from the Sichuan province in China, Jade Scorpion is dangerously addictive. Peppercorns add bright, citrusy and herbal notes with a gentle tingle that makes our Chinese take on a pilsner delightfully moreish.

SELTZER

Drunk Fruit Melon Hard Seltzer

Hard Seltzer / 4.5% ABV / 135 CAL / Sterling, VA /

Honeydew melon is an iconic flavor in the world of Asian sweets. Ours takes inspiration from perhaps the most iconic of them all: the Melona bar, an ice pop that tastes like childhood on a stick.

Drunk Fruit Yuzu Hard Seltzer

Hard Seltzer / 4.5% ABV / 135 CAL / Sterling, VA /

Yuzu is a unique citrus fruit commonly found in Japanese cuisines. Its flavor profile is blend between a grapefruit and a mandarin orange. Our crisp double-filtered seltzer accentuates the signature tartness and fragrance of the fruit.
