Shipgarten is a small business created by a few local guys, not a large corporation!  Despite our size, we’ve always offered a variety of entertainment, including designating Sundays specifically as family days, aways FREE OF CHARGE!.  As a result, we simply ask our guests for a little understanding, patience, and cooperation in the following ways:

– Please do not bring outside food to the venue!  We offer a huge variety of dishes between our four kitchens for adults, kids, and even our four legged friends!
– We do our best to monitor every inch of the property, however, this is not always possible, so please keep an eye on your child(ren) at all times.
– Occasionally, our crowds can grow larger than normal, which may lead to longer wait times for food/drinks/ FREE face painting, etc – Please bear with us!

We always strive to create a fun and memorable experience for everyone at Shipgarten.  Unreasonable or unconstructive Yelp/Google reviews have a significant impact on us as a small business, so please be a little understanding as we are really trying our best here.  Should any issue arise, please speak to any member of the staff and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.  As always, we cannot thank you enough for your patronage!
