It’s the best party around! Welcome to the DMV- where a grocery run rarely costs under $100, people find themselves squeezed into apartments with multiple roommates to afford the sky high rent, and where $20 and more cover fees for clubs have become as normal as football players retiring, unretiring and retiring again (cough, cough – Tom Brady). That’s right – the choice is in your hands! Throw a song at him and watch him perform it. Afterwards stay to party with resident DJ SAAM as we transform into a nightclub. Saturday– All Day Party// Festivals from 1-6pm// Shipgarten After Dark ft. DJ KHOZZ Come out for our themed festivals during the day and stay to party with us when we turn into a nightclub at 8pm. We bring in the hottest DJ’s in D.C. to set the vibe for you! Sunday– Kids and Family Festivals from 1-6pm// Music Bingo 5-7pm A full day of Family Fun with live music, character performances and face painting moon bounces and more! Starting the weekend of March 19th, with our 3-day St. Patricks Festival, all future Kid’s & Family Festivals will be occurring on Sunday’s. Up until the weekend of March 19th all of our adult festivals and children’s festivals will continue to occur on Saturday’s from 1-6pm. Due to so many well attended events, (thank you all so much!!), we made the decision to give each group their own dedicated day for festivals. Starting the weekend of March 19th, Saturday Festivals will be geared for adults and Sunday Festivals will be children and family oriented. This change will be permanent and become the new schedule of festivals at Shipgarten. Schedule for Sunday Festivals Starting MARCH 19TH: 12-3pm Live Music 3-4:30pm Live Performance/Activity (princesses, super heroes, clowns, magicians, etc.) 5pm Music Bingo We hope this adjustment will be welcome and a more efficient way to cater to our wide audience of patrons!
