Shipgarten is hosting an unforgettable CINCO DE MAYO WEEKEND and you do not want to miss a full weekend of good times. We are bringing in amazing live bands, there will be food and drink specials, games, prizes, giveaways & more! Come ready to party and make some great memories with your friends and family! Check out the daily details below: BEER SAMPLING MENU WAFFLES & TACOS BEER MENU TBG BEER MENU friday– Join us on Cinco de Mayo as we kick off our weekend festivities! Be one of the first 50 people through the gate and get a bunch of free swag to go with your outfit. Look forward to 4 sets of live music starting at 2pm and a special Cinco de Mayo menu full of your favorite Mexican food and drinks at an unbeatable price! We will have corn hole, giant Jenga, & cup pong games set up across our venue for you and your group to play. It will be a great kick start to the weekend and you do not want to miss out!! TICKETS saturday – The fun continues on Saturday for our (21+) Margarita, Tequila & Latin American Beer Festival. Accessorize with the free swag we’re giving to the first 100 people through the gate! Roam our venue and check out the beer festival in our main tent where we will have sampling from 40+ breweries or check out the 2 different live music sets we will have playing from 12:30pm-7:30pm. We will have plenty of games with gift card opportunities. When you get hungry we will have your favorite Mexican dishes hot and ready at unbeatable prices; then wash it down with our drink and shot specials! Get your group together and celebrate big with us! TICKETS sunday– To round out the weekend of festivities we have our Kids Festival hosted by Encanto! Look forward to a full song and dance show performed by your favorite characters, Bruno, Mirabel & Louisa. Bonus, they will stay after for your children to get a photo with the characters! There will also be a scavenger hunt for them to enjoy and if they complete it they will get a special gift. We will have a craft table on site for them to make some fun art or they can get a colorful design painted on their face at our face painting table. Let them let loose in our two moon bounces or watch them climb to new heights on our jungle gym. If your dog is your child, no worries there! Join us every Sunday from 5-7pm for Music Bingo that the whole family can enjoy! For all you music aficionados, come out and channel your inner-retired Boomer self as you play music bingo with us. Hosted by Capital Bingo, it’s Bingo meets Name That Tune that comes to the best Biergarten venue in Tysons! Every Sunday look forward to a good time of family friendly fun from 5-7pm. Sing and dance with us as we play your favorite songs and play bingo – all at the same time.  Powered by The Original Bandingo Digital Dabs, you mark off songs on your digital bingo card to win prizes for two hours of fun and excitement!  Perfect for the entire family – after a fun-filled afternoon in the bright sunshine of Tysons, where the kids are on the moon bounces and playground and the adults sip on beers around the fire, come inside to our main tent where the whole family can help out in the music trivia. There’s nothing like that feeling on Friday when the clock strikes five and you can finally peel out of work. That feeling that the weight of the world is finally off of you – it almost makes you feel giddy. Going home for a night in? Head over to Shipgarten for a brew to take the edge off. Going out later and want to start the pregame early? Perfect. On Fridays, we have our fan-favorite Nick Tierra come out from 4 until 7:30 for Request Fridays. That’s right – the choice is in your hands! Throw a song at him and watch him perform it. Aside from our Happy Hour specials starting at 3PM until 9PM including $5 house beers, we also make some killer cocktails and spiked hot drinks.  Wanna bring the whole work crew? Sounds great to us – we have no rental fee or bar minimum for parties. Bring as many people as you’d like – and if you’d like food – you can place a catering order with us. We have the best news. If you are looking for a place to show off your skills our stage at Shipgarten is open for anyone to come and play with their voice and instruments. It is free and for literally anyone who has vocal chords and the ability to string words together into songs. Are you on par with Adele or do you suck it’s comical? It don’t matter! Led by our resident Music Director Franklin Live, we invite impromptu performances or if you’d like to bring your own instrument and set up – fantastic! Whether you just have your voice or are ready to jam out with multiple instruments, every setup is welcome and we can accommodate! The more the merrier; and every Tuesday night you can count on the good vibes being set, with great new music and a Happy Hour you can’t beat! We try to have a full week of activities here for you at Shipgarten. Every day is a good day to be here! Tuesday, one of the hardest days of the week. If the sting of Monday wasn’t enough, you’re fully into the middle of the week, with the weekend seemingly nowhere in sight. We at Shipgarten sincerely empathize with you – we get it. And that’s why we’re here for you, to make it at least a tad bit easier.  There’s nothing like some live music to calm the soul and ease the nerves. And beer. Definitely beer. On Tuesday’s, from 5-7 PM, come out to experience some of the best live music in the Tyson’s area. Get as close or as far from the stage as you’d like and soak it in – along with our Happy Hour specials. Did you even have a childhood if you didn’t have sleepovers with your friends and do karaoke with one of those old microphones with an ungodly amount of cords hooked up to the TV? It’s okay if you missed out – we at Shipgarten are committed to having you make core memories and having your “firsts” with us. So if that means having a karaoke party, we won’t judge! Every Thursday from 5 – 10 PM we have high energy DJ John Coulter come out and set the vibe while everyone works up the courage to put their name on the list for Karaoke. We would love to see you come out with that beautiful voice and sing your heart away. Wanna be basic and sing Olivia Rodrigo or Ed Sheeran? All power to you. Thinking of something obscure and from decades ago? Whatever floats your boat! We welcome all vocal ranges and abilities! Shipgarten has the Karaoke party on Thursday Night!
