No minimums. We offer food and drink packages tailored to your event and budget.

Public/shared areas are free to access. Private areas may have a small fee depending on availability and group size.

No deposit for free/shared spaces. For catering or wristbands/drink packages, full payment is due before the event day.

Yes. Outside cakes are allowed with a $20 fee.

We have 4 tents (one dedicated to private events), plus large space inside the main tent (Tent 3) and outdoor picnic seating. There’s also a kids’ playground. Final placement depends on availability and group size.

Our tents and covered areas let you celebrate in most weather conditions. We’ll place you in the best area for the season and party size.

Events can run during our operating hours. On major festival days the venue is busier; arrive early or consider a private area.

Yes. We’re family-friendly and dog-friendly (dog parks on site). Restrictions apply for 21+ events.

Yes, Our free parking can be found at 1700 Old Meadow Rd McLean, VA 22102. We have a complimentary shuttle which has continuous service after 3pm on weekdays and starting at 11am on weekends. Shuttle rides can be requested outside of continuous service hours by texting (703) 712-7481. For more information click here

Space coordination, tables/chairs as available, basic signage, and on-site support. Extras (branding, printing, etc.) are quoted separately.

For free/shared spaces, simply let us know as early as possible. If catering/drinks are already paid, we’ll reschedule or adjust subject to availability.
